If you are going to borrow my wife's character designs, and images, please take the moment to mention, at the very minimum, who the web comic character Vinci belongs to.

You did in fact ask about using her art in an e-mail to her, to which she did say No. I will not post the e-mail here. Please refrain from further using her art without permission or at the very minimum proper crediting. You are not giving credit, which she requests when people make _livejournal_ icons, (Livejournal icons are permitted, only when linked back to her.) so that people who see the work, can trace back to -her-, since she is the artist.

I won't even get into the issue of character 'copyright' since that is horridly mis-used in places like this.
